WORKING GROUPS

This system, created within the scope of the Rural Disadvantaged Areas Development Project (RDAKP), will function as a strategic data and decision support mechanism that integrates the realities of the field with our project development processes. In each economic development cluster, special working groups will be established, consisting of farmers representing the main branches of agriculture and livestock farming, sector stakeholders, and field experts, to analyze the local dynamics and problems of our districts on-site.

The primary goal of these groups is to filter the problems encountered in the field and provide the Development Council with a continuous, reliable, and up-to-date flow of information. Thanks to this dynamic data bridge, it will be ensured that impactful, targeted agricultural development projects are produced, based directly on the real needs of the producers and concrete analyses from the field, rather than on desk assumptions, and that resources are directed correctly and efficiently.
