Priority 1: Development of Vegetable Farming

Within this priority, the goals are to promote high tunnel and modern greenhouse farming practices to minimize climatic disadvantages, integrate pressurized irrigation systems for efficient water resource use, and encourage the use of disease-resistant certified seedlings/seeds. By prioritizing Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards in production processes, yield per unit area and high-market-value product quality will be maximized; thus, both a reliable food supply will be ensured and direct added value will be provided to the agricultural competitiveness of our province.
